1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

Prexms.com (“Platform”, “Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is owned and operated by Grawio Banjari Industries Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any service on this Platform, you (“User”, “Student”, “You”) unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

No exceptions. No ambiguity.


2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE

  1. Users must be at least 13 years of age.
  2. If under 18, usage must be under parent/guardian supervision.
  3. You confirm that all information provided is true, current, and accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility is violated.


3. NATURE OF SERVICES

Prexms.com provides:

  1. Online courses, test series, mock exams, study materials
  2. Preparation resources for IIT-JEE, SSC, RRB, UPSC, and other competitive exams
  3. Free and paid educational content

Important Clarification:

  1. We are a training and content provider, not an examination authority.
  2. No guarantee is made regarding exam results, ranks, selection, or success.

Performance depends on the student. Period.


4. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

  1. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
  2. Any activity under your account is deemed your responsibility.
  3. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or unauthorized usage is strictly prohibited.

Violation = immediate termination without refund.


5. FEES, PAYMENTS & TAXATION

  1. All prices are listed in INR and are exclusive or inclusive of GST, as stated.
  2. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  3. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes.

We are not liable for payment gateway failures, delays, or banking issues.


6. REFUND & CANCELLATION

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the purchase page:

  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
  2. After 30 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid justification.

Once course access is substantially consumed, refunds may be declined at our discretion.

Digital services are non-returnable by default.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Prexms.com including:

  1. Videos, notes, PDFs, questions, test papers
  2. Logos, branding, UI/UX, software

is the exclusive intellectual property of Grawio Banjari Industries Private Limited.

You may:

  1. Use content only for personal, non-commercial learning

You may NOT:

  1. Copy, distribute, record, resell, modify, or publish content
  2. Upload our content to Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, or any third-party platform

Legal action will follow infringement.


8. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

  1. Misuse the Platform
  2. Upload offensive, illegal, or misleading content
  3. Attempt hacking, scraping, reverse-engineering
  4. Harass staff, faculty, or other users

Zero tolerance policy. Violations lead to permanent bans.


9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & LIMITATIONS

  1. Platform availability is subject to technical constraints.
  2. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.
  3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We will try our best. That’s the commitment — not perfection.


10. DISCLAIMERS

  1. Content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  2. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a specific exam pattern.
  3. Exam syllabi and patterns are governed by respective authorities and may change.

Users are expected to cross-verify critical information.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service

Business risk stays controlled. Period.

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
  2. Block access for violation of Terms or misuse

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

13. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing for service delivery.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Use at your own risk.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  2. Courts having jurisdiction at [Insert City/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

No international forum shopping.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Refund POLICY OVERVIEW

This Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made on Prexms.com for digital educational services including online courses, test series, mock exams, and downloadable content.

By completing a purchase, the user explicitly agrees to this Policy. No implied exceptions apply.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

✅ 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

  1. Refund requests are eligible only within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. Requests submitted after 30 days will be automatically rejected.
  3. The 30-day window is strict. No extensions.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:

  1. After 30 days from purchase
  2. User has accessed a substantial portion of the course or test series
  3. User dissatisfaction due to:
  4. Lack of time
  5. Change of exam plans
  6. Personal reasons
  7. Low exam performance
  8. Account suspension due to Terms & Conditions violations
  9. Free trials, demo content, or promotional offers
  10. Any misuse, sharing, or redistribution of content

Digital content = consumption begins at first access.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Users may request cancellation only within the 30-day refund window.
  2. Cancellation after the refund window results in access continuation till plan expiry, but no refund.
  3. Once cancelled, access may be revoked immediately at our discretion.

5. PARTIAL USAGE & FAIR USE CHECK

We reserve the right to evaluate:

  1. Course progress
  2. Video watch time
  3. Test attempts
  4. Downloads and access logs

If usage exceeds a reasonable fair-use threshold, the refund may be:

  1. Partially approved
  2. Fully denied

This decision is final and binding.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund, users must:

  1. Email from their registered email ID
  2. Send the request to: [Insert Official Support Email]
  3. Include:
  4. Full Name
  5. Registered Email
  6. Order ID / Transaction ID
  7. Reason for refund (mandatory)

Incomplete requests will be ignored.

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

  1. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  2. Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  3. Processing delays caused by banks or payment gateways are outside our control

We do not provide cash, cheque, or alternative refunds.

8. PAYMENT GATEWAY & TRANSACTION FEES

  1. Payment gateway charges, taxes, or convenience fees are non-refundable, unless legally required.
  2. Razorpay or other gateway terms apply independently.

9. TECHNICAL ISSUES & SERVICE DELAYS

If services are delayed due to:

  1. Server issues
  2. Platform upgrades
  3. Third-party technical failures

We may offer:

  1. Access extension
  2. Alternative content

Refunds for technical delays are not guaranteed.

10. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

We maintain strict controls against:

  1. Refund abuse
  2. Multiple account usage
  3. Chargeback fraud

Any such activity will result in:

  1. Immediate account termination
  2. Permanent ban
  3. Legal recovery if required

11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

  1. Users must contact us before initiating a chargeback
  2. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:
  3. Account suspension
  4. Legal action
  5. Blacklisting from future services

We actively contest fraudulent disputes.

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.


SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

1. PURPOSE OF THIS SLA

This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) defines the service standards, delivery scope, response timelines, and limitations applicable to services provided through Prexms.com.

This SLA is a supplementary document to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy and must be read in conjunction with them.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES COVERED

This SLA applies to the following services:

  1. Online courses (live or recorded)
  2. Test series and mock exams
  3. Digital study materials
  4. Platform access and user dashboard
  5. Student support (academic & technical)

This SLA does NOT cover:

  1. Exam results or rankings
  2. User performance outcomes
  3. External platforms, payment gateways, or internet connectivity

3. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY (UPTIME COMMITMENT)

  1. Target platform uptime: 95% monthly availability
  2. Scheduled maintenance windows may occur without prior notice
  3. Downtime caused by the following is excluded:
  4. Force majeure events
  5. Internet service provider failures
  6. Cloud provider outages
  7. Cyberattacks beyond reasonable control

This is a best-effort digital service, not a mission-critical infrastructure.

4. CONTENT DELIVERY COMMITMENT

  1. Purchased content will be made available within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.
  2. In most cases, access is granted instantly or within 24 hours.
  3. Content schedules (live classes, uploads) are indicative, not guaranteed.

Delays due to technical or operational reasons do not automatically qualify for refunds.

5. LIVE CLASSES & SCHEDULES (IF APPLICABLE)

  1. Live class schedules may change due to:
  2. Faculty availability
  3. Technical issues
  4. Academic recalibration

In such cases:

  1. Recorded sessions or alternate classes may be provided
  2. Rescheduling is considered service continuity, not service failure

No compensation for rescheduling.

6. SUPPORT SERVICES & RESPONSE TIMES

7. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To receive uninterrupted service, users must:

  1. Provide accurate registration details
  2. Maintain compatible devices and internet access
  3. Follow platform usage guidelines
  4. Avoid misuse or credential sharing

Failures on the user’s side are outside SLA coverage.

8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

  1. Educational content is subject to updates and revisions
  2. Exam syllabi and patterns may change without notice
  3. We do not guarantee:
  4. Exam selection
  5. Rank improvement
  6. Completion within a fixed timeline

This is education enablement, not result insurance.

9. SLA EXCLUSIONS

The following are explicitly excluded from SLA claims:

  1. Personal dissatisfaction
  2. Time constraints of the student
  3. Missed classes due to user negligence
  4. Payment gateway delays
  5. Device or browser incompatibility

No SLA credits. No service penalties.

10. BREACH & REMEDIES

In the event of a material service failure attributable solely to Prexms.com:

  1. We may offer:
  2. Access extension
  3. Alternate content
  4. Reasonable corrective action

Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by the Refund Policy, not this SLA.

11. MODIFICATION OF SLA

We reserve the right to:

  1. Modify this SLA at any time
  2. Align it with operational, legal, or regulatory updates



1. Referral POLICY OVERVIEW

This Referral & Affiliate Policy (“Policy”) governs the referral program offered by Prexms.com. It defines eligibility, commission maturity, payout conditions, and disqualification rules.

Participation in the referral program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy, along with the Terms & Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Only registered users with a verified account are eligible.
  2. The Company reserves the right to:
  3. Approve or reject any referral account
  4. Modify referral eligibility criteria at any time

No entitlement is guaranteed.

3. REFERRAL TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION

  1. Referrals must be completed using the official referral link or code.
  2. Tracking is system-driven and final.
  3. Manual claims or disputes regarding missing referrals will not be entertained.

If the system doesn’t record it, it doesn’t exist.

4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

  1. Referral commission rates, payout slabs, and limits are defined on the Platform and may change from time to time.
  2. Commissions are calculated exclusive of taxes, discounts, and payment gateway charges.

What you see credited is what you earn.

5. COMMISSION MATURITY RULE (CRITICAL)

  1. Referral earnings will mature only after the successful completion of the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period of the referred user.
  2. During this 30-day window, referral earnings will remain in “Pending” status.
  3. Only matured commissions are eligible for payout.

This rule is non-negotiable.

6. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & COMMISSION REVERSAL

  1. If a referred user:
  2. Cancels the purchase, or
  3. Receives a refund within the 30-day refund window

👉 No referral commission will be payable.

  1. Any pending referral earnings linked to such transactions will be:
  2. Automatically cancelled
  3. Permanently forfeited

No money back on cancellations. No exceptions.

7. PAYOUT CONDITIONS

  1. Payouts are processed only after:
  2. Commission maturity
  3. Completion of KYC (if required)
  4. Minimum payout threshold (as defined on the Platform)
  5. Payout frequency and mode (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) are decided solely by the Company.

Processing time is operationally driven.

8. TAXATION & COMPLIANCE

  1. Referral earnings are subject to:
  2. Applicable TDS
  3. GST (if the referrer is GST-registered)
  4. Referrers are solely responsible for:
  5. Declaring income
  6. Filing tax returns

We comply. You account.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following will lead to immediate disqualification:

  1. Self-referrals
  2. Fake or bulk account creation
  3. Incentivized or misleading promotions
  4. Spam, coupon misuse, or policy abuse
  5. Any activity violating Indian law or platform Terms

Abuse = permanent ban + forfeiture of earnings.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend referral accounts
  2. Withhold or reverse commissions
  3. Terminate participation without notice

If integrity is compromised, access is gone.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. We are not responsible for:
  2. Tracking failures beyond reasonable control
  3. Delays due to banking or technical issues

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to unpaid matured commission only.

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

  1. This Policy may be updated at any time.
  2. Continued participation implies acceptance of revisions.









GOVERNING LAW


This Policy shall be governed by:

  1. Laws of India
  2. Disputes subject to courts at Gurgaon
